Outstanding customer service and communication.

If you've attempted to hire any kind of contractor in the Boise area then you've most likely experienced no return calls, no shows for scheduled appointments, or no follow ups for quotations. It was refreshing to have someone answer the phone and then provide and quotation in a timely manner. Larry had to special order our lights and kept in constant communication with status updates. When the lights arrived, he came out promptly and installed.

We also have a very high roof peak that I wanted to skip in order to keep the costs down (this may be the only year that we put lights on this house), but when we had the lights up it just didn't look right. Larry located and extra long latter, additional lights, and then made it happen.

We are very happy with Larry and can sense his enthusiasm for doing quality work. Highly recommend him.

Wow! In an age where you're lucky if you even get a quote back, let alone an actual follow through, let me tell you, Larry knows the meaning of customer service. He kept in constant communication with me to get an idea of what my project entailed and once he knew the specifics requested he literally stopped at nothing to find a way that get what we wanted, even when his supplier was out of stock on what we were looking for he started looking into creative problem solving options to get us what we wanted because at the end of the day, that's how much our satisfaction meant to him. He gave us an excellent price and comparative to what I know some friends & neighbors paid for less square footage of lights, I know we got a real value for our money. I had been with the same Christmas light company for years, but they kept raising their rates so I decided to shop around for a new company. I found Illuminate and decided to get a quote. They came out within a few days and gave me a very reasonable and fair price, much cheaper than I was paying previously. They even called my old light company to collect my lights for me! Illuminate has been super flexible working around my schedule - and they install, remove, and store your lights for you. Highly recommend!
